還有救嗎?!H1B延期,律師錯填後遭到RFE for over 6 years limit

Only worked in total under H1B for 3 and a half years. Applied for Extension, but 律師錯填成再延期. Received RFE from USCIS for the supporting evidence for my benefit of an entended H1B acrossing the 6 year limit. Do I need refile I-129 again? USCIS is definitely negative to let me cross the general rule of 6 year limit on H1B. 我還有救嗎?!
