140是4年前就批準了，485沒交，一直用H1b工作，現在還是在原來的公司同一個部門，隻是Title從Senior Analyst升兩級到Project Manager/Senior Scientist，工資也相應上漲。現在做的工作和原來基本一樣，就是原來有時跟Project Manager幹，有時自己開發Project幹；現在Lead 3個人，有時也是自己開發幹。
請問這種情況下原來的Perm和140要重新辦嗎？
-If your actual job description used for your PERM is fairly the same (e.g.> 80%)as the day to day job duties you will perform as the project manager,there should be no impact on your GC process and thus, you do not need to do the PERM/I-140 again.
However, if your day to day job duties as the project manager will be significantly different from the duties described on the PERM, your emplyer should apply for a new PERM and file a new I-140 for you. The new I-140 must be filed along with a copy of the prior I-140 Notice of Approval so that you will maintain your old priority date.
H1b要做任何改動嗎？還是等排期到了直接交485就行了？謝謝回答！
