i am taking unpaid leave now. I applid for paid leave, however, in my contract, there is no annual leave. Master 8, can I ask for compensation since I don't have the benefit as other US employees. I am under H-1B

-Your question is not immigration issue, but the civil case. Yes, I personally think you should have the same benefits as any other employees have in your company no matter they are US citizens or H1 holders. You may talk to the HR or the Dept. of labor of your state.
