我的H1-B今年10月到期（6年），I140 已批，想申請另外3年的延期，如果現在動手延期（premium processing)，新批準的到期日是2014年4月還是2014年10月？

-It can be extended to 2014年10月, not 2014年4月. Your wife only can enter US using the new h4 visa (based on the h1 extension approval notice) in advance up to 10 days before your new extendedH1 is effective or after your extended h1 is effective.
