-What does "不能保證" mean? Of course, the CBP officer have the right not to allow you to enter US even if you have a valid visa or green card, but it has nothing to do with the RP issue. For example, you go out of US with green card for a week, the CBP officer may not allow you to return to US if he thinks you have a problem. But thisi kind of case is very few unless you really have a problem, why do you worry about that?
