請教：EB2 485pending,H1b ,主申請人大學工作被laid off July

1. A small pharmacy company may offer me a job, but doesn know anything about immigration because I mention my 485 case with uscis. I will use EAD for new job, besides job area should be similar, anything the new employer and I should aware of and need to do?
2. If current HR notice USCIS my termination, I will be REF of EV?
3. If I resign in advance, in stead of laid off, less chance REF? Or same.
