我擔保前夫辦綠卡--今天麵試並批準了
我和兒子他爸2003年離婚, 兒子歸我. 然後我又結婚了 (已過七年). 兒子在私立大學三年級,我們付學費。 去年底兒子滿21周歲.
我和兒子想幫他爸辦綠卡. 我和兒子都是在2007年成為美國公民的.
兒子他爸1997年來美國, 拿了一個碩士學位, 在大公司幹了一年, 被裁員, 又去學校拿了另一個碩士學位, 未找到專業工作, 身份黑掉已近五年了. 這些年, 他主要是寫書 (未發表), 做私人家教維持生活.
從2005年起, 他沒有再填稅表.
兒子的出生公證和前夫的出生公證都是在上海，1996年做的。
兒子有一點假期工收入，很少，不夠擔保額。現老公（大好人）要我擔保用我們的稅表（我的收入蠻高，老公更高）。
12/13/2010 用快件寄出所有表格（I-485，I-130，I-765）
12/21/2010，收到退件因交費用老的表（我的錯，沒在寄出所有表格前再查價格）
12/23/2010 用快件再寄出所有表格（I-485，I-130，I-765）+加錢（按新表）
02/09/2011，打手印
03/07/2011，收到工卡
04/04/2011，麵試.
我，兒子和前夫一起去。我等在大廳。他們去麵試。
移民官問了我兒子三個問題：1。他是你爸嗎？2。你爸的生日？3。你爸住那兒？（因兒子從沒去他爸處，都是他爸來，所以，兒子隻說了城市名。）
移民官問了我前夫三個問題：1。你是恐怖分子嗎？2。你喜歡美國嗎？3。你是中共黨員嗎？
移民官自言自語了一句：“你前妻做你的第二擔保，有趣!”
麵試估計20分鍾，最後對他說：“你的綠卡批準了。歡迎你來美國。”然後移民官拿回工卡和I-94原件並對他說：“你會在30天前收到綠卡。"
