而我現在的 H1-B 是到下星期五到期。

-Do you mean your H1 I-94 (approval notice) will expire on the next Friday? If so, you have to leave US within 10 days after next Friday to get the F2 visa to come back or if you do not leave US, you need to just file the change of your status to F2 by filing I-539 before next Friday (USCIS has to receive it before that day). So, talk to your spouse's school International Student Office to issue you an I-20 for the status change as soon as possible. 

我也不知道我們學校是不是已經 report my job termination to USCIS。是不是如果已經report了，事情就麻煩了？我能讓他們晚點report麽？

-Because your H1 will expire, they do not need to report your H1 job termination (no difference on report or not).
