尊敬的各位老師，1， 在填寫 LCA 表格 時,怎樣查詢 Section G. 5. <State/District/Territory> 信息?

-Ask your HR and they will tell you which District your employer is located in your state.

 2 Wage Level 和 Prevailing Wage 受學曆限製嗎? 碩士或博士學位應該用哪個Level?

-It depends on the position title, responsibilities, city, state, etc., not directly, but indirectlt related to the degree such as some position requires Dr. degree, some requires Master's. Consult with your HR.
