當前持有TN簽證, 如果換單位可以在美國國內直接向USCIS申請嗎？

-Yes. Ask the new employer to do TN transfer for you by filing I-129, but you can not work for the new employer until the I-129 petition is approved (this is different from the H1 transfer). So, you may just go to the Port of Entry to get the TN I-94 and then work for the new employer immediately instead of filing I-129 for the TN transfer.
