1。出生公正：您考慮的周全，男女雙方情況不同。據我所知，男方雖然是美國公民，但是在中國出生的。

如果男方沒有美國的birth certificate,是不是也要象女方一樣，提供在中國的出生證的英文翻譯和公正？

-Correct, but this man got green card and then, US citizenshp and thus, he should have had the birth certificate, rigth? anyway, prepare the birth certifcate again does not hurt him.

2。男方未婚，不需要提供未婚證明？

-Not need.

3。沒有其他所需的文件了，對嗎？

-Lady's passport and the man's ID are needed. No more others.

受老人家之托，想一次問清楚了。
