EB2 485 priority date current since February 1, still not approv

Hi, 8大俠, 皮大俠, 各位好漢,

My EB2 485 priority date has become current since February 1 this year, but it has not been approved as of today.

My lawyer called USCIS 2 weeks ago and was told “it seemed the paperwork is done for my case”; still, 2 weeks passed, it is not approved yet.

Can you advise me (1) is such a long waiting time normal? (2) does this indicate there is a name/security check blocking my case? (3) in worst case, after how long, can I file a WOM against USCIS? (4) any other suggestions for me to speed up my case processing? (I have called USCIS to open a service request; contacted the congressman in my district.)
