我的H1b extension 還沒有批下來，隻有receipt。Current H1b expire on 9/14/2010。
剛剛收到了140 Eb1b 的批準，要準備遞485了。
Part 1 中current USCIS status ，Expire on(mm/dd/yyyy)怎麽填啊。
若填上9/14/2010豈不是太紮眼了？
-Fine. Also provide the copy of the H1 extension receipt and thus, USCIS will know your H1 extension is pending.
還有，在美出生的小孩兒不用和大人一起申請了吧。
-Not need. Your child is a US citizen already.
