我妹妹的工作綠卡申請是05年十月遞交的，現在有EAD和AP。 如果她和有綠卡的男朋友(不是公民)結婚， 可以辭職然後用男朋友的綠卡呆在美國嗎? - 不可以, while actually she is in status as long as her I-485 remains penging, regardless her marriage, although it might not be approvable due to her unemployment

如果可以，要辦什麽手續呢? 多多感謝!
