決定放棄綠卡了，不想回去了，但是在猶豫交上407表後，在美國的401K怎莫辦呢？能拿出來麽？還是必須放在裏麵呢？工作了幾年，也有不少在裏麵了，如果不能拿了多心疼啊！請高手指點！

-As far as I understand, you can get the 401K deposit back, but you need to pay the income tax plus some kind of punishment from IRS. Check with your employer and IRS to find the relevant information.
