I just got B2 extension approvel for my parents after almost 3 months waitting. But on approvel letter, at bottom I-94 right only shows my mom's name as benifiecary and left shows my dad's name as applicant. Is that right? and is that a problem when my dad go back to china since he doesn't have I-94 shows his name?
-Your parents should have received two I-94 cards. So, check it carefully to see whether there is I-94# in both right and left parts. If there is not I-94# in either one part, e.g. in your father's part, it probably you filled the I-539 incorrectly. If so, yopur father needs to leave US as soon as posssible and needs to provide the old B2 I-94 (or photocopy) to the airlines when he leaves US. Also, you need to make several copies of this B2 extension approval (whole page) and your parents will need the copy of this B2 extension approval for future B2 visa applications.
