HIB Reentry to US ask Master 8 and friends that may know

canadian passport holder, having HIB visa. Needs to go to canada, but any risk reentering US? Used to be on TN and changed to HIB and 140 was approved a couple of months ago. Have I-94 from letter 757, but never went to border to activate it, as 757 didn't ask for it. Any trouble reenter US? Master 8 and other friends who have similar experience, please comment!
