大學專科畢業，在美國大學找到接收單位，國內公司出一部分錢，美國大學出一部分。國內大學專科畢業，可以簽J1嗎？

-J1 visa has no such limitation because J1 holder can be a student, trainee, scholar, etc. So, I don't think you have a problem with 專科畢業.
