我們去年7月拿到綠卡，去年12月老公海歸。我們全家計劃回去2-5年。期間每年會回來2-3次，一次住2-3周。我們這樣的情況，請問是現在就申請白皮書好，還是可以先不申請，來回跑兩年後，再申請比較好？

-You can do that until you get the warning ffrom the CBP officer. After you get the warining, you have to apply for the RP. You can leave US after you get the fingerprinting done for the RP which may take about two months.

我的擔心是，如果現在申請了白皮書，等到第5個年頭，第3次申請白皮書會不會被拒？可是如果頭兩年不申請白皮書，每年回來兩三次，第三年申請白皮書，

會不會因為已經兩年沒有怎麽在美國呆，影響白皮書的批準？

-No law limit how many times for the RP application continuously, but whether it will be approved depends on the immigration officer and it is case by case. No one can predict that.
