我是用的F-1學生簽證從加拿大來到美國。在讀書期間拿到加拿大公民身份。 隨後用TN簽證開始工作。後轉為H1B。現在持有的H1B簽證是從為我辦H1B的雇主transfer過來的。這期間我一直居住在美國。雖然搬了幾次家。請問我hu*****and該如何填寫以下問題：

此處應為student or tempoary worker?
Date arrived: 我的H1B是在美國境內申請並做了transfer的。如果按照現有簽證H1B填寫，這個應該是哪個Date.
Arrival/Departure Record(I-94): 請問應該是最後這個I-94嗎？

應該填當前住址嗎？
