我的L1B到2012年底滿5年，我的EB2 NIW 140在2009年已批（PD是2008年11月），我的問題是：

1、如果跳到別的公司，那麽是否在美國境內完成L1B到H1B的身份轉換？

-Yes.

2、如果能在美國境內轉成H1B身份，那麽是否我的H1B的延期最多可以達到9年（即L1B的5年 + H1B的4年延期）？

-The maximum stay in your combined L-1 + H-1B status is total of 6 years.  But because you have an approval of I-140, you can extend your h1 beyond the 6 year limit, and that means you can extend your H1 unlimitedly until you get the green card.
