今年一月初新交的485 (老PD, 排期到了)。一月中公司賣了。It is "Successor in Interests". No change in labor condition. Current base pay is lower than PERM (company wide pay cut in 2009). Submitted EVL stated wage is over PERM (last year's actual pay but include overtime). 求建議:
(1)因是新交的485, 材料齊全,沒準直接就批了。如果沒有RFE就不做140 Amendament 了。省得節外生枝(company financial is OK but no way can get base pay as PERM at this time)。
(2)現在485 還沒動靜 (485 還是 "received your application", but FP done, AP/EAD approved last week). 做140 amendment 沒準還能讓IO把case 提起來?

(3)Is EVL list current pay but stating "Will comply to PERM" proper?
