What is the exact meaning of the "glitch" in this sentence "Because of a glitch in the people soft system your H was retracted" by USCIS ...? I checked with the person who wrote this but couldn't get any response.
-Glitch = minor techincal problem. minor disfunction. That lady just told you someone made a mistake to cancel your H1 and this kind of mistake is common to everyone (due to minor disfunction in his mind sometimes).
As several people suggested here that you need to calm down and do not mess up things with your employer/HR at this point. Sometimes right or wrong is not important at all. The critical thing is to solve your issue and you need to avoil to make your HR unhappy and it seems you do not understand that.
