My current employer has requested USCIS to reinstate my current H1 status however USCIS has refused to reinstate it.
-This is bad.
Right now my current employer (or to be exactly the person made this mistake) is collecting documents to refile a H-1B for me and request it to be valid from August 2010 to August 2013.
-You had better ask the employer to use premium processing to get the result in 15 days and had better ask a lawyer to help you, especially how mistake was made to withdraw the H1 last year and see whether USCIS accept the reason to approve your h1 valid from August 2010.
