本人F1身份2008年12月來美，讀了半年語言學校，暑假回國兩個月後09年8月再次入境，沒有繼續上學，visa過期。去年7月結婚，現在正在準備材料申請綠卡。

 

請問律師，在麵談時是否會被問到簽證過期的問題，應怎樣回答。

-If your spouse is a US citizen, the IO may not ask you this kind of question. If asked, just tell the truth and nothing will affect your GC application.

還有一個問題是我是否應該一同遞交I-751的表格？

-Yes, it is free, anyway. You can use EAD to work before you get the GC.
