H1B 延期批準了,但是工作時間段他們給少批了一年.我的材料都提交了.移民局的大哥就是不看.

現在我是不是要提交一個AMENDMENT? 請問我要填那些表? 如何向移民局說明白呢?

-Yes, but only the I-129 filing fee, no antifraud and training fee. You may just extend it again before the H1 expires (also no antifraud and training fee because you have extended your H1 for at least two times with the same employer).
