我是8/5/2010filed的EB1a140 (DIY)，至今還沒有收到任何信息(狀態仍然是initial review)。3/3/2011我做了個SR,電話裏被告知30天以後可以再聯係移民局（如果沒有收到任何信息）。可是上周收到了移民局的信說要到5-7月後才能和移民局聯係。移民局的信如下：

However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 5-7 months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.
我的問題是：1。 這種情況下我能否PP; 2. 會不會5-7月後仍沒消息；3。正常的140 不會有這麽長的處理時間，我的case是不是不正常？
