公民考試通過了，但還沒宣誓，如果拿到公民紙前 或者拿到公民紙後但是沒有美國護照前出美國，是什麽身份？

-If you have taken the oath and sub-mitted the green card to USCIS, your US citizen and you have to get your US passport and Chinese visa to travel to China. Otherwise, you are still a green card holder with Chinese citizenship.

如果去第三國，美國公民不用簽證，但是中國公民需要簽證的話，我需要工中國護照申請簽證麽？

還能用中國護照回美國麽？

還有會中國的話，戶口會被自動取消麽？
