That's bullshit. The VO will give u 2entries/3months for ur case since u just landed and have not stayed long enough. if u can prove u have stayed in canada for over 6 months and established strong ties with canada, then u can get 3yr multiple. This my personal experience in Vancouver. I landed and went to US consulate and got only 2 entries. VO told the above. A friend of mine who stayed in vancover for a year and got a H1 visa for 3 yr multiple entries.
