回複：請問H1B換單位的過渡，從遞交H1b申請，在等待的幾個月裏，什麽時候可以結束前一單位開始後一單位？

因為這中間要生baby,兩個單位醫療福利不同。想盡可能屬於前單位，又怕新單位一遞交H1B轉換申請，就自動算是新單位的人了。

-You can continue to work for the old employer until you want to leave or the old h1 expires. H1 transfer filing does not affect your old H1 unless you leave.
