多謝8大俠的回覆。Just want to make sure, my I-485 has definitely been denied, correct?
-From your EAD and AP denial, it si clear that your I-485 has been denied, so you need to get the I-485 denial notice as soon as possile so that you can file I-129B motion to Reopen (MTR) for your I-485. Your lawyer should know this kind of procedure.
There isn't a possibility that the case is still holding at the local USCIS and there has been a confusion or misunderstanding?
-No. See above answer.
If I file for I-129B, can I work during my potition for the motion to reopen?
-Yes if you have a valid EAD. If your EAD expired, you can not work and have to apply for a new EAD during the I-129B pending. Normally USCIS will make a decision on your I-129 MTR in a few months. You still have a good chance.
