Unfortunately, yes. My lawyer charged for over $6,000. Big number for me. Looking back, it is worthwhile. I felt I was ripped off when I hired him though.

The national/international acclaims part, no problem both at NSC and DC. Continuing work of expertise, "NSC erred on that" (quote from Washington, DC), there my petition was sustained in DC.
