謝謝8老師，按照您的分析，H1-B的transfer需要6個月的時間，有沒有什麽辦法，讓我在現在學校的工作和未來公司的工作在時間上做到無縫的（seamless)銜接。

-It is hard because if the company file the H1 transfer too late, you may not get the h1 quote and if they file the H1 transfer is too early, you may have to go back to China to get the h1 visa. But your new employer has to file the h1 transfer before your current H1 expires.

是不是可以請這家公司辦理H1-B transfer的加急申請，還是我自己辦理這個加急？

-加急 is not good to you at all. The longer the h1 transfer pending, the better to you.

照我的理解，申請H1-B配額的工作應該是由那家公司來辦理，是這樣嗎？我主要是想界定一下，哪些我本人來發起，哪些由那家公司來辦理，再次感謝。順便說明，我是博士後，沒有OPT可以用，之前也沒有在美國公司工作的紀錄。
