if h1 be transfered late or early, when is the better time at this situation?
1. finish vacation , continue to work for A, then do transfer.
2. transfer first and get receipt, leave for vacation
and when we can start to work for B, after file 129 or must get receipt?
-I would choose "1" and work for B afer I-129 filing (not need to get the receipt, but make sure USCIS receive the application such as check cashed.
