H-1 Transfer 大約需要多長時間？如果我和孩子六月份回國之前，我LG 的H-1還沒有Approve，

但我和孩子都是加拿大公民，不知是否也可以入境，但是持有什麽簽證入境？
-You did not said you are Canadian citizen last time. Actually you and your kid do not need any non-immigration visa to enter US as Canadian citizens. If your spouse H1 transfer is approved before you return to US, you and your kid just use this H1 approval notice to get the H4 I-94 when you enter US (also bring your spouse recent 3 month paycheck stubs, your marriage certificate, your child's birth certificate and your passports). If you return to US without the H1 approval notice, you and your child still can enter US just using your both passports, but your I-94 will be B2 I-94 valid for 6 months, and then you can change your B2 status to H4.
還是把機票給CANCELL，今年就不回去了。
