1.我現在一直在美國的大學教書，offer到2011年底。offer也可以繼續延長。老板願意繼續給我延期J1，這樣反複延期會不會有移民傾向？
-No problem. But the J1 status only can be the maximum of 5 years, so you had better get the J1 waiver someday and then, change your status to H1.
影響以後轉身分？
-Not affect that.
2.出國獲得F1的時間會多長？
-Don't htink you need to change your status to F1 now because you can extend your J1 before your current J1 expires.
目前我沒有機會獲得工作簽證嗎？
-No. You have to get the J1 waiver first, and the you can be qualified for the 工作簽證 (H1 or L1).
申請waiver的同時，有可能在其他公司或者目前工作單位獲得工作簽證嗎？
3.轉成F1後，可以申請H1/H2 或者L1/L2 了嗎？如果waiver失敗，怎麽辦？
-No unless you get the J1 waiver first.
