在線填D-160表- 急問

各位老師，我在為父母在線填D-160表. 我父母都是來過美國三次了。他們都退休了。過去五年也沒有工作。在填PART9 時，為什麽PART9 （ADDITION WORK/ training information) 這部分不出現呢？所以，我也沒有辦法回答 -- 1. do you beklong to a clan or tribe? 2. have you travelled to other countries) ......5. have you ever served in the military.

這是為什麽呢？希望老師們幫忙看一看。謝謝
