我老媽之前為我姐姐申請移民，很不幸老人家兩年前過世。

我的問題是，如果130 通過，任何我姐姐的有公民身份的親屬都可以繼續為其申請，

，但是這個親屬的年收入必須達到怎樣的標準呢.?
