485 approved. Make appointment

On the I797C page, it listed my local INS office. But I tried infopass can't make an appointment. Seems another location near my home there is available appointment. Can I make appointment at this office instead of the one listed on my form?

Another qestion, is the Departure arrival record the same as I94?
