老公（H1-B）正在申請EB-1綠卡，學校sponsored.
我是TN-1工作簽證(加拿大公民工作簽證)。老公學校律師說，做為配偶，我需要更換工作簽證（從TN 換H1-B）才能遞交 485 ，因為TN不是dual intent， 不能有移民傾向.

老公打算自己遞交140， 然後485加上我和孩子的名字。
-Your hu*****and, you and your child need to file seaprate I-485s, respectively. But I suggest that you do not file the I-485 until the EB-1B I-140 is approved. If the I-140 is not approved, you do not need to file the I-485s, thus, you can save the money (I-485 filing fee and physical exam fee).

有人說我不用換成H1也， TN可以申請485，
