2）什麽是Form ETA750B? 這個表是幹什麽用的？

-NIW I-140 has to file that form and it is required..

3) NIW的petition letter多長比較合適，律師寫了12頁。這個是不是太長了？

-Fine.
4）律師寫的petition letter都是大段的從推薦信裏麵摘抄和挪用現成的語句拚湊而成
，那些語句幾乎沒做什麽改動？這樣好嗎？

5）form I140裏麵的part 7: information on spouse and all children of the
person for whom you are filing

這裏麵要列上 老婆嗎？

-Provide it as required.

 

還是先不用列上，等I140批準後到了遞交485的時候再遞交老婆
的信息？
