1. 加急申請是要填什麽表格嗎？

2. 我可否自己填了表格（如果需要填的話）， 附上receipt copy和支票寄到USCIS，我的意思是是否必須要通過幫我辦H1extension 的HR?

-This has to be done hy your HR, but you can prepare the document for HR if they agree.

3. 是寄往H1application/extension的同一個地址嗎？
