我父母現在人在美國，他們的護照今年底過期，我想在美國給他們續護照但他們的B2簽證和I94已過期，好像中國大使館不給辦。

我明年準備申請入籍，然後想馬上幫我父母辦綠卡，由於他們身份過期，現在眼看護照也要過期真不知該怎麽辦。他們以後有機會拿綠卡嗎？有解決的辦法嗎？

-Contact the Chinese Consulate in US in your area to see whether they can renew their passport. If no, just use the copy of the old passport to file the I-130, I-485. Then after your parents get the I-485 receipt, they can use the I-485 to receipt to renew their passport (I-485 receipt is the evidence of legal stay in US). Then, provide the copy of the new passport to USCIS if USCIS send the RFE for it. If no RFE, that is fine.
