為父母申請移民，移民局已寄來I-130的approved notice，並說轉去nvc，請問nvc的處理步驟是什麽？

大概需要多長時間？

-NVC will send you the instructions by several times. The first time may occur in one to two months.

本打算回國一段時間，但是在沒有完全處理完美國段的移民手續前真不敢離開。謝謝！
