Pjiang老師，下麵的link談到non-frivolous H-1B petition. 不知道能不能適用於我? 其中有一條。The new H-1B petition was filed before the date of expiration of period of authorized stay (as described on the I-94 card); 我幾年前用AP入境。AP上的validation date早已過期。這2個月的gap身份是AOS,身份是合法的。不知道能不申請non-frivolous H-1B petition?謝謝
