HR說招聘時的education requirement裏除了職位要求Bachelors’ degree以外，多了一句 experience in lieu of Bachelors’ degree 也行， 也就是說有相關經驗也可以. 因此不符合移民局minimum education requirement of Bachelors’ degree 不能辦H1b transfer. So, the position actually requires Bachelor's degree eith in B.S. in Computer Science or B.S. in other related Science with the computer working experience.
