P大師, 8大師, 請看這個B2延期I539的表這麽填行嗎?

My parents are visiting on B2. I filed an extension for my mom, and it was just approved. (Thank you very much for your previous suggestions!)

Now I want to file an extension for my dad.  In form I-539, there is a question: is this application based on an extension already granted?

I have 2 questions. 1) Can I answer 'Yes', and 2) can I use the reason -- my dad wants to travel together with my mom?
