My hu*****and's NIW I-485 被RFE, 2007-7-1交的申請。現在還沒有收到信件， 不知道會要求補什麽。現在的情況是： 他自2008-08離開OakRidge實驗室去讀了2年的finance engineer， 2010 用AP 回了中國工作一年， 現在在美國還在找工作過程中。 各位前輩老師，

 

這NIW I-485 RFE 一般會要求補什麽呀？特別焦慮， 害怕要補employment, paystub之類的文件。

-Most likey it is concerned with his employement status. So, he needs to find a job in the same/similar area as the old job he claimed in the NIW I-140 as soon as possible.
