從美國到加國短登（1星期後返美），加國機場Immigration關口收掉了我以前舊的I-94（基於L1B的，已過期），我還有一未過期的I-94（基於H1B的）。其實當時我完全沒必要給他麽看我的舊I-94，隻是當時夾在護照裏順手就給他們了。我的問題是：
1. 我憑有效的未過期的I-94（基於H1B的）卡能順利1星期後返美嗎？（according to the 30 days automatic re-validation)
-Hope it is OK, but you need to make sure the CBP officer endore your H1 I-94 into their system when you return. Because your old L1 I-94 was 收掉, USCIS might think you still stay outside US if they do not put your H1 I-94 information into the system when you return.
2.加國收掉我舊的I-94會不會告訴美國我已經登陸加國並因此對我現在的綠卡申請（I-140已批）不利？
