I am EB-3 prime applicant. Priority date is June 6, 2003. USCIS sent me finger print notice last June. But either me and my lawyer didn't receive it. Last December I received an RFE about finger print that I knew I missed that letter. After my lawyer filed RFE response in last December, I didn't get new finger print appointment so far. Today I receive a copy of finger print notice dated as June 18, 2010 from USCIS.
The question is: Can I use it to do the finger print?
-Yes. Just go to do it. Explian it to the ASC officer if asked.
If not, how can I get new finger print appointment?
